Stuart Kerr

Stuart very nearly has four teeth! His top two teeth are very nearly through the gum! Tonight he’s been put down for the evening in his cot and is still there and hope this is a sign of things to come.

Stuart is doing really well at sitting and can sit by himself for a short while before he slowly topples over in one direction or another. Ally has been helping to look after him which is useful because these days with his rolling Stewie is surprisingly mobile and keeps getting hold of stuff he shouldn’t. It’s very sweet to see Ally take things off of him and hand him a baby toy instead.

The big news us that the toilet training us going really well, bar the odd ‘accident’ Ally is really enjoying life in pants! Not sure how to represent toilet training in photo form though! Ally and Stuart continue to get on like a house on fire and have even taking to sharing baths!

Well Stuart has now mastered rolling over, next it’s crawling walking and talking, then who knows! Stuart is also still a very happy baby, we think as he was an April fools baby he sees everything as a big joke, he just smiles and giggles all day!

As you can see from the picture, Stu was not exactly overcome with excitement at his first train ride, on Kirklees light railway

Bathtime

Time for Stuart’s second lot of jabs. First of all he had to be weighed and he is now 16 lbs 1 oz. Next it was time for the needles and incredibly he didn’t cry for either jab. The nurse was really impressed while both his Daddy and his Aunty Katy asked ‘what’s wrong with him?’. Personally I think the fact that he has lovely chunky thighs and that he’s so placid may explain his reaction or lack of one.

Stuart’s first wedding. Naturally he had to dress up for the occasion and he had a lovely suit to wear! He was an absolute dream being quiet though the ceremony unlike his older brother who spent most of his time shouting ‘Tom’

Later on he was passed around for cuddles but most of the time he reverted to his default setting of being asleep! That night was the first night he slept through sadly he’s yet to repeat it.
